Rust Defender Undercoat

Rust Defender Undercoating is a high-performance, permanent asphalt-based undercoat specifically engineered for maximum corrosion prevention on brand-new vehicles. This formula cures to a durable, hard finish that creates a permanent bond with the vehicle's metal undercarriage. Crucially, this material is not rubberized or soft; this means it eliminates the swelling and flexing often seen in rubberized coatings, which can trap air and water pockets that ultimately accelerate corrosion.

This unique hard-curing undercoating is the best-in-class preventative solution for vehicles driven in severe climates like Northeast Ohio, where road salt and corrosive brine solutions are heavily used. This permanent barrier provides  long-term protection underneath the vehicle by effectively locking out water, salt, and debris. It is for prevention only and cannot be applied to vehicles with existing rust.
